Everytime an e-mail address is submitted we send an e-mail with a unique URL, clicking on the URL will
result in the e-mail address successfully being added to our mailing list.
Failure to click on the URL will result in the e-mail address being removed from our database.
Each mailing will contain a unique URL to allow removal of the e-mail address from our system.
